Returns & Exchanges


If there’s something wrong with your order (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached and returned within 14 days after receiving the package(s). Sorry, but if the garments show signs of being worn we can't accept them. Some personal items like earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, simply contact us to get more information.

If you have a change of mind about the products you have purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days. Please note that the products we sell at Re:Skull are custom made, and there will be a 20% restocking fee.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

Giftcards, promotional (free) items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
